Uncommon Sense is spirited, fast-paced, humorous and informational. Three panelists analyze news and current events with a focus on having an out-of-box experience (thinking outside of the box). A celebrity, activist or comic will periodically join the conversation via Skype. Forty percent of Americans self-identify as Independents, yet most cable news programs ignore them, instead propping up a robotic Democrat and Republican who shout at each other with predictable talking points. Uncommon Sense honors the Independent thinker and seeks the unexpected. Some say I have “diploma-collection disorder” or more degrees than a thermometer, but I only have five, including a Ph.D. in Social Ethics.
